Good Customer Service
I`ve been going here for almost 2 years now for service and I also bought my car here. They have good prices, fast and friendly customer service and it`s very clean. In this economy you certainly can`t beat any of those things! 2 thumbs up! :)

RUN!!! Run far away from this dealership!
Worst Dealer EVER! Talked to fifty different people over 4 days, would call no answer, and no call back. Finally got an answer we told them that we wanted to make sure we would be approved for lending as it is a 2 hr. drive from our home to the dealer. We were told that there were 3 banks that would work with us and were preapproved for a certain amount. We get down there and they say they have to submit our inform... view moreation to the bank! Talked to SANTINO, a finance guy and told him we wanted payments no higher than 350.00 a month yet he has his salesman take us for a test drive in a vehicle where there was no way to get 350.00 payments! And forget about finding out how much they are asking for a vehicle apparently no one knows! We asked 20 times how much are you asking for it? all we got was I don`t know let me go ask....they never did tell us! then they came back with financing for 789.00 a month! WTF we told you no more than 350. SHAWN was extremely pushy and when we told him that we didn`t want the vehicle and were leaving he belittled us and told us good luck you will never find a car. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional, aggressive and tries to rip you off every way they can!

THE WORST DEALERSHIP
We purchased in May 2011 and we were promised everything from insurance for the whole year to free life time oil changes. The service was great when they were selling us the car but as soon as the contract was signed, the customer service sucks! Few days after, we found out that the financing for the car is not straigthen out yet and they told us that we will be paying over $500 for the car that we purchased and tha... view moret was not the deal when the contract was signed. They also told ask us to lie to the bank about how much our income was and that we owned a business so they can lower the payment, which we didn`t do. We told them we will return the car because we don`t want to lie. They call us back couple of days later and told us that we don`t have to call the bank. I`m not sure if they call the bank themselves and pretended to be us. I know that some sales people will do anything to make a sale but these people at Nissan St. Charles are the worst. Then there is this guy from the Finance department who was rude. He`s the finance guy so of course we have to deal with him. On the last day we call him, he told us he doesn`t want to hear from us again and that he doesn`t want us calling him. He also denied asking us to lie to the bank when I talked to the General Manager. It`s been months now and the first payment for the car is coming up. We still don`t have the payment coupon and we don`t know who to talk to because the guy from the Finance department threatened us not to call him anymore. I don`t know how these people sleep at night with all the lying and scams that they do just to sell and when things go wrong, they don`t even own up to it.

Nissan of St Charles/Service
As usual no wait and quick service. Received my life-time oil and lube and had bad sensor reveled by check engine light replaced.
Like the rewards program cashed points no questions asked.

Worst Service
I recently went to purchase a new car because a friend referred me to a sales person there. While he tried to be pleasant and treat me as what he said ""family"", he also ripped me off. These people think that women are naive and try to take advantage of what they can. First, he made the offers based on Manufacturers suggested retail price, then, he said that he was giving me more money for the trade in than what ... view moreI owed...well, the problem is that when it came to the negotiations, i wasn`t even getting a bargain, plus they ripped me off with the interest rate. I went to the dealer and spoke to the manager. He said I couldn`t return the car. I drove darn 40 miles to buy a car and all I got is mistreated. I am still dealing with the sales person who supposedly is looking for a better deal in financing.
