Honest Review: I had to have ...
Honest Review: I had to have major hail damage repair work done to my car and there was only a few choices in Rushville. My choosing this shop lead to a repair that took 3 months from April until July to complete and the final bill was $6,000. Poor communication, the work was to begin with an evaluation day where the dent removers were to estimate what they would and could do. Well, I expected as I was told that ... view moreI would have my car back that day. Afternoon came, I called to come pick my car up so I could go get my daughter and my car was tore into pieces, which became a major problem with no rental lined up at 5pm in the afternoon and NO MAJOR PIECES even ordered yet. Work did not begin on my car for another 3 weeks. Folks, I know if they read this they know who`s posting it, and I`m sorry but I shouldn`t even give them 2 stars for this kind of gross inconvenience. There was much more to have happened. Glass installers were called in to remove the front and rear windows so the roof could be replaced. Windshield was cracked, and about a dozen other things were wrong with the car upon initial return. It took all of this time to get the car finalized. When it was finished, the world was good enough to sell it for more than I hoped I`d be able to get. That`s the 2nd star. If I could not have sold the car to get out from under it, it`d be one star. Sorry guys, but you have to admit that this ordeal was foul for me. If it had happened to you, you probably would`ve lost your mind on the repair shop. I never flipped out, but I have to warn other people. Please improve your practices and who you sub-contract work out to, so that this small town can enjoy an honest to God good repair shop. Rushville is too small to have a scheister in the middle of it.
