I took my mini van to First Co...

I took my mini van to First Collision on a recommendation from a woman at a grocery store . . . I know, odd. My van was leaking antifreeze and over heating, which started a few days ago. I was spending big bucks on the cost of replacing the antifreeze sometimes twice a day. Add that price to the current gas price and you`ll see why I called it "big bucks." Anywho, I took my car into First Collision ... view morefor a diagnostic test or something. I was told that I had a bad gasket and that the repairs would take days. I needed my minivan for business and needed it back sooner than a few days. I mentioned this to the Mgr Sergio. Sergio told me that he may be able to get my van back the same day considering the circumstances. I got a call around 5-5:30p the same day from First Collision to inform me that my van was ready to be picked up. I was sure that they were calling to tell me that I needed a million new parts which would add big bucks. Talk about surprised!!! These guys will prioritize your vehicle if it`s possible and get it back to you in good working condition. I was able to start the van and test it . . . no antifreeze leaks, antifreeze smell or overheating. They even asked if I wanted to see the old parts. By the way, they also removed a small dent on the back of my van door for a minimal cost. Small business is working and doing good work. You guys are the greatest!!

I took my vehicle to First Collision to get an upper gasket replaced. I was told that it would take at least 2 days and cost a fair price. I got my car back the next day and it was under the cost quote by the Manager Sergio. Keep up the good work!! I`ll see you guys the next time I have car problems.

I went to First Collision to get a window motor replaced. I spoke with the Manager of First Collision - Sergio. He told me it would take about 1 day to finish the job due to his existing workload. So, I left the car around 11am. Around 2pm, that same day, I got a call from First Collision that my car was ready for pickup! When I got there Sergio took me to my car and let me try out the newly repaired window. Whe... view moren I hit the button the Window went up and down, just like it was brand new. They even cleaned out the car for me! Finding a good mechanic is just like finding a good doctor - hard to do. If you need some mechanical work done and can make it to Maywood, Illinois, look-up First Collision, you won`t be disappointed.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Can you say what a crappy place?To make a long story short this was the worse service ever.I would say the mechanic is not certified he didnt not put my brakes together properly and by the time I got home they were ruined!!! I had to go just 2 hours later to repair them.They charged me to check another item and broke it then told me that it was like that already!! I spent almost 3 hours there to get new rear brakes a... view morend it was just an absolute horrible experience.When I went to the other place they told me everything was put together wrong.
