Good service
My buying experience with Silverline was very simple and easy. Got a very good deal that I could not find in my area. Silverline was very easy to work with. Thank you!

Don`t buy from them!
A group of liars! They post fake ads everywhere on cars/autotrader/ebay with a lower price to attract you to come. But they will tell you either it is sold or price error when you are there. Trust me! DON`T GO AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

the toyota tundra we found at this dealership was exactly as shown. wefound the salesman mike carrol to be very friendly and helpful. he allowed us to take the truck for a test drive on our own. there wasn"t any pressure to decide. only friendly & easy purchase . we would recommend them to our friends.

Salesmen looking for too big of margins
My wife and I took a trip down looking for a Grand Cherokee they had on the lot. We had done our homework on the 05 Escalade we were trading in and knew it was worth at bare minimum 19K for a trade in without the options and conditions it is currently in. They did an ""appraisal"" on our truck and came back with a ridiculous low number of 14.5K. They stated the truck was in excellent condition but due to gas price... view mores no-one would want this truck in the near future. Regardless they wanted to make about 6K off our sale to them and would not deal on their end at all. Total waste of a trip. If you are going to buy from them don`t bring a vehicle to trade and make sure you look over the car very carefully. I found a laundry list of things wrong on the cherokee and they had no plans of fixing these things. Also the truck was not detailed and very dirty inside.

Very knowledgeable & fast
I went there to look at a 2005 Jeep that I saw on the internet. When I got there I was very surprised at what they were, very different than what I expected. It was a smaller warehouse type instead of a big dealership with a fancy building. The salesman was very informative of how they sell cars, a little different than what I have ever seen, but he was very knowledgeable and you could tell he really wanted to help. ... view moreHe even let me and my friend take the Jeep to a mechanic (by ourselves). After we got back to the dealer we tried to negotiate (it needed front brake pads), but they said they do not negotiate. I read this on other reviews so i knew that I was going to probably pay their asking price, but i was fine with that, it was $2200 below KBB. Also, doing the paperwork was very fast and they got me approved in 10 minutes, I would definitely choose them again and I would very much refer them.

Not a salesman
Was just in there trying to buy a toyota corolla xrs, which is a little peppier sedan. They guy first tried to tell me that I should try to finance through a bank instead of a credit union. ""Leave the big purchases up to the credit unions"" as he says. Whatever. The salesman then proceeds to sell the corolla as a ""sports car"". I`m sorry, if anyone wanted to buy a sports car, they would buy a bmw, mustang, or ... view moreferrari. What a joke. He then got upset when I told him that car was sitting on a new car lot for over 3 months before he purchased it. I wish him the best of luck. This place is a non-negotiable dealer. If you are planning on negotiating, forget it! The asking price is what the price is! He wasn`t being much of a saleperson, maybe just a cashier. I could`ve done that! An 05 corolla xrs with 77K miles on it is not worth $9300. Don`t give in!

GO Silver!!
Did business here about 3 months ago, very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership!!! I checked the internet for price comparisons, and the price I got from them is still the best deal around. Would definitely do business there again.

great hidden gem
it was a very (non-pressure) relaxed feeling from the moment i walked in the door and dealt with my salesperson chris. it was the best deal i could find on an 05 accord in the color i wanted and after the dealership did the detail to the car it looked like a brand new car.--very happy and i have told many of my friends about this place.

Lot`s of car choices
I bought a camry from them and the cars was great and it fit my budget. Lots of cars to choose from. Lots of choices on warrantys, too. Way easier than last car place. Call them and ask for a great deal, that is what I did

Be careful...do your homework
While buying a car for my 16 year old daughter. I asked specific questions. Twice about the brakes in particular. When I took it in 2 days later for an oil change, I found out it needed not only new brakes but the rotors had to be replaced. I was very disheartened considering I had a conversation with Scott the saleman about how the dealership was based on honesty. It was what sealed my deal. I didn`t think he would ... view morelie. He told me ""the brakes had been checked and they are good, there is nothing wrong with the car."" There are other things wrong with the car, (about $1000.00 in mechanical repairs) but I didn`t specifically ask about those so I will not fault him on those. But the brakes I think are inexcusable. And of course, now Scott is never there when we call, and our calls are not returned. We even spoke with the dealership owner who told us our call would be returned. We told them we kept the brake parts so they could see them. I am not one who likes to speak poorly of others but I don`t want to see anyone taken advantage of. So please be careful, take the vehicle you are thinking about purchasing to a mechanic first. I am VERY sorry I didn`t. When I told him at the end of a conversation that I appreciated his honesty, he replied... that`s the only way we work here. Hmm, guess I was taken, therefore I can not recommend them.
