Rip off Auto Repair
On 06/16/2013 , I dropped my vehicle off with top notch to get the AC fixed while I was on vacation . I returned from vacation on 06/22/2013 but couldn`t get my vehicle until they opened on the 24th , because my keys were locked in the office , whiley vehicle was left in an unsecured open parking lot . When I got my car , as I pulled out of the parking lot and proceeded to drive away , I saw that my windshield was bu... view morested . I immediately returned to the shop and informed them of this , and that crackpot tried saying it was broken when I took it to them . He knows that is a lie , and he kmows I have witnesses stating otherwise . I also took photos of their "parking lot" . He was turned in to the BBB , and he fabricated the biggest stinking lie he could come up with . All the while , with me having to pay $184.00 gor a new windshield . Needless to say , I disputed this when the BBB contacted me again . So if he thinks this is over , he is mistaken . If I have to , I will take him to small claims court to get my $184.00 back , plus any and all court costs . I would advise anyone who is thinking of taking their vehicle to top notch , to reconsider . At the very least , take before and after photos !
