I had two fender benders in a two week period. One from my wife backing into my parked car, the other my best friends Sister hit the other side. Geesh! My poor car! The staff dealt with my very complicated auto claim and was in constant contact with me and updates, more so then my insurance company. My personnel car (Black Hole Betty) was repaired, just like they say, like it never happened. I will add one more thing. Also, it was pretty nice to have Enterprise car rental across the street.
