I`ve had multiple bad experiences with Mercedes Benz Chicago/Fletcher Jones. Their service department is a brothel! Lynn Heller and Lisa Diaz both ""serviced"" my soon to be ex-husband. If you`re looking for shoddy repairs and a blow job, this place is for you. I`d give 0 stars if I could.
