Great Service Experience!

We have been to Freer`s a couple of times and have always been extremely happy with the service. Just recently, we had our new 2011 jeep there. When I went to pick up the car, it looked beautiful, however on the way home I noticed it was way out of alignment. I called back and Margaret Freer took care of us..Such a wonderful experience! I would recommend them to all my family and friends!

SERVICE WITH A SMILE

i just had two cars repaired by Freer. Their service was amazing. They got the job done fast and the repair was excellent. My friends cannot believe it was the same car. These people go above and beyond for the customer. I will continue to spread the word.

Very Poor Service

I live 30 minutes from Godfrey and being without a car is no small task, as most people know. When I dropped my car off at Freer, I heard nothing back for 4.5 hours so I called them and was told someone would call me back. I waited by the phone, no call. The following day I called back and was told they`d left me a message the day before. Whether they did and called the wrong number, I don`t know but I gave them... view more the benefit of the doubt however, I wondered why they thought a customer would intentionally not call them back for 24 hrs if they had left a message. The only information I received was when I called them, otherwise they offered nothing. In the end, they kept my car 4 full days and charged me $600 which I was told MANY TIMES by the woman with a smirky smile at the front desk, Margaret, was such a good deal. Sort of like having all your teeth knocked out and someone singing praises for how wonderful it will be to use straws the rest of your life. No communication, overcharged services and extreme thoughtlessness. Not only will I not return, I will spread the word.

Very Pleased

I bought a truck from Freer with an ""as is"" agreement and there were a few little things that they fixed even though they were not obligated to to so. Things were done in a very prompt and courteous manner. I was very satisfied. My hat is off to Tim, Margaret, and the crew at Freer Auto Body.

I bought a truck from Freer in " as is condition" and there were a few minor problems that they took care of, even though they didn`t have to, and were done in a professional and timely manner. They are very friendly and show great concern for their customers. They are also very concerned and helpful with the welfare of our community. My hat is off to Tim, Margaret, and their employees!
