Awful Experience

We brought our car here due to the good reviews, and are still in shock at our experience. We had to keep our car here a few days because they had to order parts. During this time, they thought it was okay to use our car as their personal car. They went shopping in it (we found receipts in the car). They used up 3/4 of our tank of gas. I happened to find the car parked on the street in front of one of the employ... view moreees homes. I went back with my husband when he got home and found the car moved but on the same street. We took the car home and when we called the cops they said to go in and ask them where our car was. My husband went in the next day and they told him that the car was stolen from the lot (not from the front of their house). My husband asked if he was sure it was stolen from the lot and he said yes. When the cops came my husband told them what happened and one of the cops went with my husband to talk to the owner. My husband confronted him with the truth and told him he just wanted the owner to admit the truth. The owner just kept saying ""he lie"". The cop even tried to get him to tell the truth because he didn`t believe him and he said that they had to test drive it. The cop told him he didn`t need to test drive it. Then the owner said ""he has to pay"". The cops said we did have to pay so we did. Be forewarned. We know someone who worked for a mechanic and they said they used to do this stuff all the time. Go to some place that is at least part of the BBB.
