This Jiffy Lube (like all others) is the LAST place you should bring your vehicle. Not only have I had bad experiences there, but many people I know that live in the area. Myself - they did a transmission flush on my 300zx. They used a tool as a hood prop (mine was not in the car). When they gave me my car back, I drove out and proceeded to make an immediate left onto 15th ST. In the middle of my turn the stee... view morering seized up and almost caused me to run up onto the curb. I limped the car the few blocks home and inspected my car (I typically do all my own work). I found a 5" compressor tool extender stuck in my suspension!!! These idiots forgot to take it out when they were done, great workmanship. Not only that, but they did not take into consideration the stock clearance of my car, and upon pulling it over their service area, they ripped out my starter cable, which coincidentally left me stranded on the road the next time I tried to start the car. They DID come to me and crawl under there and re-attach it. They offered me a full synthetic oil change on the house - i took the voucher, but I will NEVER bring any vehicle back there. Others - My neighbor went in for an oil change. Picked the car up, drove for maybe a mile and then his engine seized up. Well, he looked behind him and saw a trail of oil. The mindless monkey for a tech that worked on his car did not put the drain plug back in properly (apparently it`s possible) causing all the oil to drain. Terrible, Terrible service here. Avoid this Jiffy Lube like the plague.
