I bought a 2001 SL 500 Bens from Tom and Nick at Midway Dodge today and was very happy with their service. The car had a few issues that they took car of before I even had the chance to tell them to do so. Put zero down and drove off th elot with a low monthly paymhnet. Tim Henderson

Bait and Switch

Midway Dodge confirmed a vehicle advertised was still available, so I drove an hour from the NW suburbs to see it. Sure enough, the vehicle was already sold a few days ago. The salesman offered to show me another vehicle, but I declined. So many users on yelp have written about similar experiences. There`s even a facebook page called ""I hate Midway Dodge!"" Unfortunately, I didn`t read those reviews and wound u... view morep wasting gas and time visiting a dealership that didn`t have the vehicle in stock. According to the Better Business Bureau, Midwest has had 88 complaints filed against it over that past 3 years. 34 were related to advertising. The salesman told me the front office doesn`t know about sales until a few days later, so customers need to ask for the sales floor, where they have the most updated information. I`ve never heard of this before. What a way to treat customers!

The Ol` Bait & Switch Not Once but TWICE

This is the worst Dealership I have ever been to. Complete waste of time. Midway Dodge confirmed a car I saw online was not only available but ""Beautiful with a clean car fax"". This was at 6:30 pm. The following morning they called me at 9:30 am asking if I was coming in to see it. I was on my way. Walked in and they tried to find it in the system, needless to say they couldn`t. FIRST bait & switch. Then the inept... view more kinda nervous salesman went to the manager and came back with 3 other options in the same price range, so he said. I foolishly followed him out the door and saw two options before test driving the third. Liked it and went back in to negotiate where he hits me with the suggested price MORE THAN DOUBLE the cost of the car I had seen online. TERRIBLE. On another note their staff was very unprofessional! When I entered their so called ""business"" there were employees standing around and one at a desk texting without ever making eye contact. The only positive thing in the whole place was the experinced salesman who took over for the first one and straight out said - they had no cars in that price range - I wish I had thanked him for being upfront but I was so irritated I just left. Midway Dodge will leave a bad taste in your mouth and leave you with an overwhelming feeling of shadiness. Take your business elsewhere!

WHAT A GREAT SELECTION AT THIS DEALERSHIP....I WANTED A RARE BRONZE COLOR FOR A USED CHARGER AND WE WENT TO THEIR WAREHOUSE AND PICKED IT UP AND I WAS AN OWNER WITHIN 2 HOURS...GREAT EXPERIENCE...
