worst mechanic around

this company has terrible customer service they are very unethical they will tell you things that are wrong with your car that may not even be I took my truck there to get a problem fixed after I left I continue having problems when I took my truck back a week later they realize that they had left 1 of my electrical plugs undone in my engine . I had also noticed that when they took my truck to get a estimate on some... view more body work rick the owner of aurora automotive had smoked a cigarette in my vehicle I personally do not smoke myself so I was aware that someone had smoked a cigarette in there after confronting him about it he got very defensive and then began calling me out and said that I was telling him he`s a liar and at that point he started calling me a lot of unprofessional words. after I have already paid for the body work to be done on my truck I had called rick today to see if we can get my truck scheduled for the appointment . He is now saying that we don`t have a signed contract saying I paid for it even though I did and he`s not going to value the 500 dollars that I have paid him. Rick is now telling me that he is no longer going to work on my truck after I paid. I highly recommend never going there even for an oil change you never know what they will tell you is wrong with your vehicle

Horrific

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Unless you would like to over pay for them ruining your car I would suggest taking your car elsewhere. This shop can`t even Dona simple oil change without completely ruining your engine. They are completely unprofessional in every way possible and can not be trusted.
