I went to this shop because they quoted me a good price for my alternator on a very common vehicle. The quote was off by $100 in ATL favor. They then called and sold me on a new belt for $90 extra. They called me towards the end of the day to let me know about an issue with the HVAC system in the cabin (only blowing in defrost). He said he`d fix it for free because of how "coincidental it was". I then got... view more a call it was all done and ready to be picked up. I did pick it up at lunch time and as I was driving back to work, the belt was squealing very loudly and the car died multiple times. I took it back to Frank and her had to keep it another night to figure it out and replace the belt again. When I picked up the car, the check engine light was on and he hooked it up and said it was nothing and cancelled the light. That was 3 weeks ago, since then, the car makes an aweful noice when I turn the wheel, the belt tensioner knocks against the engine and the heat only blows out the defrost and vent positions and does not blow low at all! Today the check engine light came back on and stalled just like it did the day I pulled it off his lot the first time. Needless to say, I am furious about this. While Frank seems like a nice guy, I just think one would need to beware of taking their vehicle here.

What a disappointment. I recently stopped in, there is a different manager each time, I thought I would get lucky talking with the owner- boy was I wrong. Everybody was telling me different issues, I felt like I was going to get ripped off. Thumbs way Down!

Good Place with a Great Manager, Greg, and a great Mechanic, Walter
Great place. Once it was not so good (they sometimes tried to get you, like many shops do), but last couple of years it got much better since they hired Greg, an older guy, as a manager. He is very down-to-Earth and understands people and their needs. He does not seem to rip you off but finds a normal humane solution that makes you happy. Some time ago he got ill and was on a medical leave; they hired a guy from Libe... view morertyville Nissan dealership, and that guy acted like in his dealership: tried to sell you more than you needed for too much. I decided not to come there any more, but I had their Oil Change Club card (6 oil changes), so I was stuck with them for oil changes, so I came for an oli change 2 weeks ago and saw Greg back form a sick leave, and, again, a great care, a human talk, and the best deal. Hey, you can`t beat that. I was so happy that he is back! And, by the way, they have another mechanic with life experience, Walter. They both may seem a little crude (mechanics), but don`t hurry to judge; talk with Greg; you won`t be disappointed. You can even mention this review, so he may give you a good deal. Makes sense? Don`t worry about my name for reference; just say, ""They gave you a good reference.""

Great Service always
Been dealing with Greg the General Manager for years, always get the best service, & treated as a friend. I would send my mother here & all my friends go here also. Quality work, great prices & he is never too busy to get me in.
