Longtime customer who swears by Danmark

I have been taking all of my family cars (5 of them now) to Danmark for over 6 years now. In my opinion, they have consistently shone in quality of work, commitment to customer service, and price. Repeat customer lied to and ripped off for $200

I was given a ballpark quote of $200 to fix my back brakes. Half way through the job I was told that the drums for my car were `unexpectedly` expensive and cost $115 each, bringing the cost with parts and labor to $450. I called Autozone (where Danmark gets all their parts from) and they informed me that the drums cost $40 each. I was charged $230 for $80 worth of parts. They also kept me waiting for 3 and a half... view more hours to do the job.
