Wonderful!

I had the complete opposite experience with Chatham Glass, right from my first phone call to the knowledgeable secretary through to the time of delivery. I called for an estimate for a 72 x 39 mirror for my remodeled bathroom, and was able to get an estimate from the secretary. I went in about a week later to order the mirror with the owner and the estimate I had been given was right on the money (except for a smal... view morel addition for beveling). My mirror came today and was hung by my remodeler. It`s absolutely beautiful!! These people were wonderful and very professional, and the price was great. I highly recommend Chatham Glass.

Worthless

Very Rude Secretary. Completely unaffected and disinterested in helping you. Twice, I called this company to come out and repair glass. The horrible excuse for a secretary said she would leave a message with the technician, but no one ever called back Twice. When I called the third time, she gave me the same excuses as before she didn`t know why no one was returning my call and she would ""look into it.""
