You never get what you walk in for at this place. They are always adding on for stuff you didn`t need. I`m convinced they screw up your car so they can sell you more second rate service. It`s only a matter of time before you get ripped off. Caveat Emptor.

Awesome Service

I brought my van in to have it serviced when my Service Engine Soon light came on. The Service Advisor Dan was very helpful and explained what was causing the problem. He let me know before hand what needed to be done and made sure that I was aware of the cost and the time it would take to repair. After the repairs had been done, I picked my van up and was very pleased with the outcome and the cost was very reason... view moreable. For a very stressful situation, Deerfield Tire made it a lot less painful. I would highly recommend Deerfield Tire for all service repairs.

DO NOT GO

This is not a corporate firestone so they will not honor any warrantees that you have. I called a corporate firestone and asked, they said privately owned firestones could honor these warrantees if they wanted and file a claim with a corporate store. Since this store refused to file a claim for me, I will not be returning.
