my wife and i arrived at Thomas nissan in Joliet to be greeted by a salesman named al. Within 5 sentences of us talking in 10 degree Chicago weather outside (we were never asked to come in) all he managed to say was hi. What car are you looking for. We don`t get a commission here (a flat out lie al) We have the lowest sticker price and don`t negotiate...(well let me show you where I got the 12500 from and the deale... view morership I got it from) he has got to be the most unprofessional salesman I have seen in my life. His manager was also sitting across the hall from us and I am surprised he did not object to the rude way we were being traded (we were there to spend our money after all). All in all they are disrespectful and arrogant. I do not expect them to be open much longer anyway as there are much better dealerships selling nissans within a 15 to 20 min drive. Do yourself a favor and visit nissan in Aurora/Naperville or Elsewhere...do not do business with these liars. Finally, please read their positive reviews on this site and other sites closely...it seems as if the same one or 2 people are writing them.

I received outstanding service...

I received outstanding service from all the employees at Thomas Motors. Jim was able to get me a great rate and easily made adjustments to the papers when I revised my down payment. My last three vehichles prior to buying my new Prius V were luxury vehicles and the service at Thomas far exceeded the service I received at the Cadillac dealer
