All my experiences at Court Street Ford have been satisfactory and happy. The service dept. always goes that extra step without being asked. The service manager I usually have contact with(Debbie) always expresses sincere concern about my satisfaction with good follow-up to keep me informed. The rest of the team there is equally helpful too. I`ve found the service pricing is VERY competitive with the area plus they g... view moreive a complementary loaner when available or ride to/from my home. I trust their technitions completely and feel I don`t get service that`s NOT requested/needed. I know they are well trained professionals. I`ve been using this dealer for all my service on both my Ford/Mercury products since moving to the Bourbonnais area in 2005. I ALWAYS receive that extra effort from the whole team. Value, Satisfaction,Trust. What`s not to like? When I deciede to purchase new I know where I`ll go!!
