Worked with Bassam on a new Mazda 6 and he made the experience very easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new car. From the General Manager (Eric) to the Finance guy (Yassim (sp?)) everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They actually made the experience fun and enjoyable.

I will definitely return

I received an oil change on my car. Was given excellent customer service by employees. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends without hesitation. Also, the facility was spotless and most pleasing to the eye. The ladies restroom was also just as clean. Overall rating 5 GREAT I will definitely return for future service.

incredible value for the money

My experience with this dealership and its entire staff has been exceptional. They have catered to my every need and provided royal treatment during the sales experience(s), as well as with each service visit. Everyone at the Autobarn was great to work with. Although I did not get the exact deal I was looking for, they offered me the best price by far compared to the other dealerships I went to. They were willing to work with me, so we got the deal done. I had contacted the Autobarn prior to visiting, and they were very prompt to answer my questions. Great Service .. Great prices

Great Service .. Great prices !!AutoBarn matched and beat my price from another local dealership and had the 2011 Tribute delivered overnight from an out-state dealer. Matt was an excellent sales person and his easy-going demeanor made what could have been a tense negotiation more like a casual exchange of view points. Autobarn was able to slightly beat the interest rate offered by the bank that was holding my curren... view moret auto loan. There was little pressure on purchasing warranties and other extras once I indicated to the finance person that those options were not even going to be under consideration. This is my fifth auto purchase from AutoBarn Countryside and will definitely not be my last.

I found the vehicle

I found the vehicle I was looking for, a 2010 Mazda Miata, on Autotrader()com. It was located at the Autobarn, and from that point on I worked with Eric Vates, the general manager, and Marty Klam, a salesman. Both were very prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails, and they interacted with me in a helpful and professional manner. There were some minor delays in shipping the vehicle from the Autobarn to my ho... view moreme in Texas, but these delays were beyond their control. When I received the vehicle, it was in excellent condition with one exception: there was no spare key. I again contacted Eric and Marty, and they provided me with a spare key at their expense. They also agreed to pay for the cost of calibrating the key when I take it to my local Mazda dealership. I enjoyed working with Eric and Marty from start to finish, and I appreciate their concern and thoughtfulness regarding my satisfaction!

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! I have purchased two cars in 13 months from them and could not be happier! They make you feel comfortable and aren`t overly pushy. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Definitely worth it!!

gave some great information

I stopped by the Autobarn in Countryside (Mazda) to look at a Mazda 6 I Grand Touring. I had been shopping for a few weeks. Basam was wonderful! He had the car pulled up before I got to the dealership. We sat in the car and he went through most of the features and gave some great information on the car. We took the car for a test drive and loved the car. They had the best price for the most features I wanted in a car... view more. They didn`t even need to see my trade in to work with me. Basam and Eric worked with me until we had the right price without being aggressive. Had they been aggressive, I would have walked out and found a different dealership. Then Mo worked with us on the final financing. He was a little aggressive with the additional options, but we worked everything out sucessfully. I walked out extreemly impressed with the level of customer service and happy with my car. If that wasn`t enough customer service, they had a party a month or so later so you could meet the service personel (Tom, Junior, Ralph) and ask any questions you may have with your car. I feel confident and comfortable coming to them for any service issues I need help with. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE AUTOBARN!!!!

very friendly and helpful

Our sales person was very friendly and helpful. We are Costco members and were utilizing their auto purchase program. George was very responsive to our initial inquiry and handled the transaction very smoothly and quickly. He was handling multiple customers, but always kept us informed as to the status of our paperwork and following up with the appropriate people. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
