*** STAY AWAY FROM HERE *** I bought a brand new 2014 jeep... Keep playing around and lying about our financing to bump up the rate so they make more money! Bought a brand new car left it virtually empty for me to drive off. Calls back 10 days later saying we forgot to verify info if you can confirm... Then I called about my plates and title. 30 days and state still doesn`t have anything from them. Lady hang... view mores up on me when I called. I will under no condition ever refer anyone to them. I would even hesitate going back there if they gave me 50% off! That was the worst customer service I`ve ever seen!!

I got the Charger when it came out a few years ago. I love the car so much and am extremely satisfied with Chrysler and its design team. I just wanted a simple easy get around vehicle. Something to get me from a to b. That is just what I got. The little slightly used Caliber was what I needed. It is perfect nice trunk space and room for pasengers. I can honestly say I didn`t know what I was looking for but when we test drove it we were sold. I am a fan. Wish I would have known about these great cars years ago. My warranty is great as well.

I only had to ask once with anything I needed and wanted. They are very good listeners, they are professional and caring. I am glad that my car I bought was at this particular dealer and that it worked out the way it did. I was referred by a good friend and she was right. If you want to purchase to be simple go to South Chicago Chrysler they did great.

Customer Service is horrible. They have a slaeman here name Neiko who attitude is so bad you would think he`s a woman. I got a vehicle from here with half the down payment. i was allowed bring the rest of the cash back the upcoming days. I got a phone call at 5am and didnt answer because i was sleeping. A couple hours later the same number called again and to my surprise it was( Neiko) Saying why didnt you call me. I... view more dont know what gave this guy the audacity to call me at 5am or to think that we established some type of personal relationship.When he was denied my friendship everything went downhill. I still owed the remainder on my down payment so he would use that as an excuse to call me every single day. The Sales Manager Tom ended up calling me and we made arrangements. five mins later Neiko`s calling again.he even started calling from his personal cell phone. I stop answering his calls and he would leave threatening messages saying he`s gonna report the car stolen. how, when i didnt steal it. He`s gonna press the gps button and come locate the vehicle.lol the car doesnt have gps.Eventually i was fed up with his scare tactics and I said whatever i felt at that moment. During the yelling session he passed the phone to some woman named( HOLLY) Now let`s remember i`m the customer being harassed by the overly agressive big man. She immediately gets on the phone screaming bring me my car and now i`m confused. I have never spoken to this woman and she instantly takes to her co-workers defense. I barely goy a word in at first, then i reminded her that i`m the customer and if she has any idea whta customer serive is. She replied customer service doesnt apply when the customer is full of it.This is (Holly) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER I told her i was recording her and she hung up the phone. I don`t know what type of people this place hires but i can assure if i would have given this guy a chance i would not be having this problem.

What can I say accept Mrs. Wilkerson is great, so helpful I found a car I was interested in on the internet spoke directly with her set an appointment and came down to drive the car. It was still there and it was ready for a test-drive. We were impressed with the attention and time put into our appointment. When we are ready to buy we will be coming in to deal with her directly!
