Decent to deal with!
Joe was pretty decent to deal with. There lot is a joke, cars are PACKED and there is 0 parking. Sold me a truck and didn`t leave more than 2 gallons of gas in it. But the body condition & detailing was excellent. Overall not the worst buying experience but not bad.

Dishonest and disrespectful
I was shopping for a new Lincoln and after many weeks of visiting dealers, I settled on a car at Perillo. I first saw the vehicle on cars . c.. website so I called and spoke to Rich to see if the vehicle were still available. He assured me it was and I asked him point blank, ""why is this car so inexpensive? I have shopped this vehicle and your price is VERY good. He responded that they had to clear the 2008 model... view mores for the new model year and it was a ""no frills price"", as they advertise. I had several conversations with Rich, the sales boy, and decided to purchase the vehicle. I drove 60 miles to the dealership with a check to purchase the car, and upon arriving, noticed the price on the paperwork was more than $3500 what was advertised online and what was discussed on the phone. He responded that the price on the web includes a $3000 dealer incentive (which if it were true, still would not have resulted in the price on the paperwork) and exclaimed that it was listed on the site. I explained to him he never exposed this to me previously and he continued to tell me not to ""patronize"" him and called me a liar! I walked out and my significant other stayed inside for him to show her where it explained the price shown was not the true price. He was unable to locate this very important piece of information and got a manager. The manager did nothing but disrespect us further, and needless to say, we both missed a full day work, and drove 120 miles round trip for no reason. Avoid this dealership, if for anything, because they give car salesmen a bad name.

Went to 6 dealers and I ended up leasing here
I was looking to lease a new car -- but its hard to make the numbers work for a lease especially in the city. After being dissapointed by 6 different local dealers , Perillo found a great Saab for me at a price that was $80 lower per month than any other dealer. The salesperson was named Joe and to my satisfaction he made the numbers work for me. I have had my lease for 2 1/2 years on a 3 year lease. I still haven`t ... view moredecided whether or not I want to lease a new car or purchase the one I currently have. I`ve been very impressed that they have stayed in contact with me. I`ve come in a few times and Joe makes sure I`m taken care of. Eric with the service department is very friendly. My only complaint is their service hours -- the service department is not open on Saturdays.
