Avoid This Shop

My vehicle wouldn`t start one morning so I had it towed to Howard Auto Body. They said the problem was a bad fuel pump. After the repairs were made, the bill paid, and assurances the vehicle was running fine... the vehicle was back at the shop within an hour. They told me there was a big problem with oil compression and the engine would have to be replaced. I couldn`t believe my ears. I asked Antonio the owner how so... view moremething as significant as this could be missed during the initial inspection, and before I paid for the other repairs... he tried to explain and said that fixing cars is a process. I think the process he meant was how much money we can squeeze out of the customer.. Avoid this shop!

GREAT!!!!!

The Antonio & his brother are great!!! They are so helpful and reassuring about difficult situations...other insurance company`s not wanting to pay.....that they make you feel that everything will work out fine....and it did. My car looks great! I recommend them 100%!!!!!

Best Auto Body & Repair Shop on the Northside

I was referred to Howard Auto Body by a good friend who`d had body work done on her drop-top convertible. They did a fantastic job with her car! It was beautiful once completed and the customer service they provided her was above and beyond what you would expect from most garages these days. Well, the battery on my truck went out and I was in a big hurry to get it replaced. The guys at Howard Auto Body checked my... view more car, ordered my battery, and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. THEY ARE FANTASTIC and do an amazing job. They are fast, experienced, fair, and very reasonably priced. This garage could teach classes on customer service and if they say they`ll take care of you, they really mean it! I will take any car I have to them for repairs from now on (even before I go to the dealership).
