Went to test drive the 2013 Fusion as I am considering buying it when I can. They refused to let me because of my timeline for purchase.

Authorized 1 hour of diagnostic service, charged for 4! Was told a manager was not available. They would not budge on it. They tried to say that we had authorized additional time, when we had not. The work order that was signed specified one hour only, and that written authorization was needed for more. I recommend using another dealership if you need service for your vehicle!
