It`s helpful and accurate...

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today. The weather was awful but they were open to clean my car. Took the time to get the ice off of it and make it look like new again. I would definitely love to have guys like this work for me because even in the freezing weather they are smiling and show their dedication to the wash. Good Job Guys!!

I have been going to the carwa...

I have been going to the carwash for a couple of years and like most places there were some flaws but the managers were always very friendly to fix the issue. The customer service was friendly offering new services to try and my car was very clean when they were through. I would have recommended Finish Line to my friends and will continue to do so.

Took my car to Finish Line for detailing. I will never return or recommend them. Overall, the car was cleaned well inside and out. BUT, three fatal flaws in service. (1) They emptied the glove box and console contents into one plastic bag and put in trunk. The bag contained some liquids that then leaked on the other material in bag, including my GPS. (2) They washed the mats and put wet mats in trunk and closed it. T... view morehe wet mats resulted in condensation inside trunk and getting other trunk contents (books and sensitive items) wet. (3) When I brought these two matters to manager?ˆ™s attention, she did not listen and accepted none of the criticism, but defended her service without compromise. Due to the flaws in their service process, and in particular the attitude of the manager, I do NOT recommend this business to my friends. Too many other companies value quality service for me to try this one again.
