Valvoline on Chambers - BEWARE

BEWARE ! This location was so negligant that my husband could have been killed . I got a regular oil change, drove home with no problems ( my house is right up the street ) , but the next morning when my husband got on the hghway for work, the hood flew up, demolished the windshield and became twisted on it`s brackets . He could have been killed had he not been able to swerve over to the side of the road, which wasa ... view moremiracle . He had to bungee cord the hood down to get to work in O` Fallon . Valvoline refused to take any responsibility for not closing the hood completely, and we`ve had to shell out ore own money to repair our only vehicle . New windshield and hood . This place is like an assembly line, get em in and get em out, not paying attention to deatils . Terrible and terrifying experience !
