I am probably one of the more difficult people to please. I had a complicated trade in with multiple cars. They let me rant and gave me a deal that worked. The follow up was also amazing. No buy and drop you like a hot potato here. It is a nice change. This is the second time I purchased from Lou Fusz Mazda and I will be returning in a few years. Thank you Jim, Chuck, Lamont & the financial guys!

Waste your time
You wasted your time with this dealer!! I and my wife came to them on Monday Oct, 31, 2011 to check out the EX35 Infiniti they listed on their website with the price $24,247. We took test drive and we like it very much, we gave them an offer for 21k, the saleman talked to his floor supervisor who just passed by us and he did not even stop to say hello to us, he kept walking and said out loud '' NO, it... view more must be 24k'', we took off and talked about the next offer we were going to give them on next day.
<br/>I called the saleman in next morning giving him the new offer $23,500, he told me came in next day to talk about it, he may gave me just a couple hundred dollars off. I decided to buy it any way with its price $24,247. I went to see him on next day( took half my working off even my boss not happy about it) get there on time, talked to them and they gave me the new price was $1,800.00 higher WTF!!!!!. they acted like they don&#39;t know nothing about whatever they talked to me on the last 2 days, they kept asking me about where I get the old price from, I show them my phone with the price they put on www.cars.com. They said they knew nothing about it and they never told me selling that car for 24k before. I was upset and walked out of there as fast as I could, it was a horrible place and rude people. I would not recommend to anyone, any my family member or friends buying cars from them from now on. You waste your time and money.

Do NOT buy a car from this dea...
Do NOT buy a car from this dealership!!! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS...
Here is my exerience...I went to look at a used Altima, was talked into buying a brand new Nissan Sentra. I was very excited because this was the first brand new car that I had ever purchased. I was told I would need to wait until Monday to get me actual car, it was Saturday so not a big deal. That Monday I was told that it would actually be abo... view moreut another 2 weeks before my car would be in "because the car you bought is in demand". I was fine with that because they had given me a car to drive.
After waiting the 2 weeks, I received...THE WRONG CAR! I was told I was purchasing Sentra S (standard), and what I was given was the base model. After explaining to the sales person, Stacey, that it wasn`t the right car she offered to have remote keyless entry added to the car. I was not happy with that, I wanted the car I thought & was told I was purchasing. Of course NONE of my paper work said which model of Sentra I purchased. I was made to feel like I did something wrong and that they were doing me a favor by selling me the car. After talking to the manager, Davin, he made sure I got the right car. But then I was asked to pay part of the difference in the price of the cars. There was only a $500 difference, but they wanted me to pay half of that & upfront!!! I ended up with the right car & didn`t pay any extra. And they tinted my windows for free "to make you happy". But on to the next issue.
I was told "in about 2 weeks" that I would receive my title and other paperwork. The only thing I received was a notice from my former lien holder that Lou Fusz had not completely paid off the car that I had traded in & that I was responsible for that. I still hadn`t received my title so I called & spoke with the sales manager again. I was told that he would find out what was going on & call me later that day. 2 days later I had to call them back, because no one had called me. The first thing said to me is "oh you didn`t receive that in the mail yet". Why would I be calling about it again if I had received it? Now I feel like I have been blown off. This was the last day of the deadline to register my car; a Thursday. Now I am told by the manager that he will have the title & a check for the late fee "hand delivered" to me on Monday. Monday comes & goes & I hear nothing...Tuesday comes & goes, nothing.
By this time I have had enough & am tired of being nice. I contact Lou Fusz III, the general manager. He finally finds out what is going on & tells me he will overnight my paperwork & to bring in a receipt for the late fee so they can reimburse me. I told him that was not accpetable & he said that he will add a check to the envelope that was being overnighted. That was today...let`s see if this actually happens.

Stay Away
I would like to share a story with you in hopes that you will not make the same mistake that I did. After graduating from College, I recently got a new job and decided that it was time for a new car.
I looked around and decided that I wanted to buy a 4 wheel drive vehicle, a Nissan Murano. I went to a Lou Fusz Nissan dealership off of Olive and
Lindbergh to look around. I knew that on all of their pre-owned veh... view moreicles
that there was an &quot;Engines Forever&quot; 3-day Money Back, No Questions Asked, Guarantee. It was posted all over the store and on every one of their websites. I asked the salesmen about the guarantee and it was stated to me that it includes every pre-owned car on their lot excluding, &quot;As Is&quot;
vehicles. He stated something like. Don`t worry, Lou Fusz backs up all their cars. Well, that was okay about the &quot;As Is&quot; part because the one I wanted came with a warranty so it fell under that guarantee. I negotiated with a certain salesman for the price of the car I wanted and thought, why not, I can always take it back within 3 days. So, I bought the car. The next day I noticed that I really didn`t like the visibility of the car, or how it handled. It was too big for me. I don`t think I want it. So, I contacted the sales manager who in other words told me that they never put that piece of paper in my contract and since I didn`t notice, there was nothing that I could do about it. He said that he would exchange the car for another one if I wanted but I would have to title and register the vehicle first. Yeah right... I returned the car to the dealership in an attempt to talk to the sales manager in person about returning it and he told me that since I attempted to return the car, he didn`t even want to speak with me. He went and hid in his office and locked the door. He also told me that as long as my car was on their lot, point blank, anything could happen to it, anything, anything at all and they wouldn`t be liable for it.
I spent 4 days of my winter vacation arguing with a car dealership that did not honor its own sales agreement. Now, I have to sell the car and lose money because I don`t feel comfortable driving it. They tricked me. Bait and Switch, I guess they would say. So, it goes without saying.If you are happy with a purchase, you tell a friend, but if you are unhappy, you tell everyone you know.
