I came to Jennings to buy a used VW. Jerry Perberg knows his product, listens well, and provides knowledgeable answers. Thie makes it much easier to close a deal without being pushy. The dealership does not bait you with a price and then try to pad it with extras you would think are already included. They follow through with what is promised and as a salesman that is much appreciated. Steve Tinkler was very helpful and went out his way to smooth the buying process. Steve had me test drive a number of cars to help me make up my mind on which model would satisfy me. Then Steve worked to hard to optimize the time to complete the sales process. After the sale he sat in the car with me to teach and familiarize me with different functions so I would derive more benefits of different aspects of my new ca... view morer. Later a couple of days late Steve proved what kind of salesman he is. I missed how to remotely start my auto. Steve informed me about how long I had to activate the engine remotely and how to turn it off. Steve stayed on the phone with me through a test procedure. He went the extra mile. I would recommend Steve since he cares about his clients and stops to take time to help them after the sale.

The price was very reasonable and straight forward
I found a used Passat on-line at sent an email to say I was interested. I was traveling during the week and had little time when I finally made it there. The staff greeted me and they were very helpful. Jerry showed exactly what I was interested in and he moved quickly, being conscious of my time. Steve Tinkler was a very knowledgeable salesperson. Steve used just the right amount of ""soft sales"" technique. Dion, the Manager gave a a ""Manager`s special"" as we were sitting in the car. I fell in love with the car. Robert DiCicco, the Business Manager explained all of the costs associated with the car.

The experience was painless
We needed a new car. It was to be our first experience with the Costco arrangement. This, in turn,led us to the Jennings dealership, and to Steve Tinkler. Steve turned out to be an excellent representative of the firm, since we had not selected a specific brand of car and had originally planned to use the offer as a bargaining chip with other dealers. Steve was fair, helpful and persuasive, and we left as proud owner... view mores of a new Malibu. Because we had issues with seat height and such, he helped us select the best model for our needs. The experience was painless and Steve, as well as the Costco connection, made it worth our while.
