Great deal at Rockenbach Chevrolet! I went in on black friday and bought two cars from them. A new Silverado for me and a new Tahoe for my wife. The whole thing was great. They gave me the $6000 off of the price and gave us 0% interest. I talked to the general manager and asked about some of the review on the web. He had a great response. I asked about not returning customers keys, because this did not happen to me. He said the manager always returns the keys to a customers for their trade. I really enjoyed our experience at Rockenbach Chevrolet and intend on returning. As for lilfitzy330 I think you must work at a car dealership, because they did honor the price and never kept our keys. Our experience was nothing like you described.

YOU NEED TO BUY FROM ROCKENBACH CHEVROLET

I would recommend Rockenbach Chevrolet to all my family and friends. I shopped a few dealers to get a great deal for BLACK FRIDAY. Rockenbach Chevrolet was packed with customers. You would have thought they were giving away cars for free. Well anyway I looked at the new Chevrolet Cruze and thought they would think I was crazy for even thinking about a new car. I did get a free $50 gift card from the other dealer, but that was all. When I pulled up to Rockenbach Chevrolet I told them what I wanted and they showed it to me. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was able to meet the general manager Mike Fullmer, who by the way looks like John Cusak. It was a little weird. The deal was better than any dealer I had shopped at. If you want to buy a car you want go see Mike Fullmer.

I went to Rockenbach Chevrolet to get a $99 car on black Friday. I was shocked to see how nice these cars were. They had about 15 cars that were very clean and appeard to run great. I got my $99 car and took it to my mechanic. He was shocked to hear about my purchase for $99. I really needed a vehicle badly. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

Found a truck on website, called - verified price only to be told that that WAS NOT the price. Then the 3 condesending Managers had a pow wow and then treated me with arrogance and disrespect. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER - BAIT AND SWITCH!! Wasted my whole day as I drove hours and was there almost half a day. They ARE LIARS

Just Say No! Expectations of ""Used Car"" sales stereo type

My experience started with an internet search. When I did talk to the supposed used car sales manager/internet sales manager, he quoted me a price and the mileage of the vehicle I was interested in. I made an appointment as a so called VIP customer. I emailed early in the day to change the time of my appointment reiterating the quoted vehicle, price and mileage. I fully expected that the vehicle would be ""... view moresold"" or the price quoted would have been a ""Mistake"". Low and behold, both the price and mileage were different! Go figure:) The salesman was given my email 15 minutes before I arrived and knew I`d be upset. The price was $12,000 more and the mileage was 16,000 miles different. Needless to say we left, with whatever anyone`s stereotype of a used car scam/bait and switch, terrible customer service, waste of time you have, they fully exceeded. Well done Rockenbach team. I`d have preferred to write the owner, and will continue try to find his/her email address. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this dealership as should you!

This was a great over all experience. From the moment we waled in our experience at Rockenbach was better than we had expected. Rockenbach Chevrolet a step above the rest

I had called about a vehicle that I saw listed on-line. I spoke with Mike Kuhn who verified that the vehicle was still in stock.

I mentioned that I was on my way to see the vehicle. Mike had the vehicle washed before I got there. Mike then introduced me to Jorge Miranda, who was the sales person that would help me.

Jorge also took time to explain some of the small perks that Rockenbach Chevrolet gives their customers. The visit was stress free and was quick and smooth.

Do not shop at this dealer!

we bought a car there and they completely screwed us over from the beggining.hey switched the price on us, they were very rude. We completely regret buying the car from them and since there are some unclear issues we will take further steps to fix this problem, but we would like to share with other buyers our experience to avoid problems that others can run into with this dealership as well as we did.
