It`s not fun when you get a window broken. I used other places in the past and this was my first time using Majestic. I was treated very nice, the people are very knowlegeable about their business.

DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!!!!!!!

If you value your car do not bring it here. First of all, I was given two quotes for the same job. Shady. I called them out on it and got the lower price. My windows were tinted and the film began peeling off within ten minutes of leaving Majestic. Adding to this, the technician left soap residue all over my leather seats, deeply scratched my rear window with a razor while shaping the tint, left soapy residue in the ... view morearea between my window and the rear window brake light, and did not re-install a window fixture that he removed while tinting. I took the car back and had the tint removed and received a full refund with no argument because they could see that the tint job was terrible. Although I wasted another two hours with them to have the tint removed I was happy to have it off. However, they left lots of glue in the dot matrix of my back window. If you value your car, pay a little extra and go to a more reputable tint shop. My car is brand new and was treated like a piece of crap. It was obvious that the tint job was bad when it was finished, but the tech was still going to let me drive off the lot without saying anything about the bubbles already appearing in the tint or the soap residue that was everywhere. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This place is the BEST!

I can not say enough good things about this place or recommend it enough to everyone! I have had nearly every vehicle I own(ed) tinted at this shop. The prices are very competitive, staff is courteous and professional. I usually call in to get an estimate and make an appointment. Prices and wait times were ALWAYS on point. I have a brand new vehicle and I wanted to get my windows tinted. There are lots of choices in the phone book so I started asking around and here is my experience. Great Customer Service

I had my widows tinted at Majestic on December 2007 and they did a great job. However one of my windows started peeling after two months. I lost my receipt and I didn`t kow if they were going to honor the warranty. When I got there the phone girl said not to worry about it that she would look up my recept in the computer. Best Price and Service

Some one broke the glass on my car and I started calling around to check prices. I made about 6 calls and only two shops had the glass in stock. I choose Majestic Auto Glass because they had the best price and also because the phone person sounded very friendly. The service was great, they replace my window in 45 minutes. AVOID period!!!!!

i went to this shop to get all my windows tinted,, overpaid, and i am unhappy with the work done..!!!!!
they do offer a life time warranty on the window tint, but the work they do is just horrible, i had to go back and complain, they had an excuse for every mistake they made, and were not willing to fix it........

The only complaint I had, was the woman who answered the phone seemed to have a slight attitude problem. And she was a bit hard to understand because she spoke with a thick ghetto Mexican accent and very quickly. I drove to their shop, because it was difficult to ascertain whether or not they would come out to me. But since they where the cheapest and close, I just went there. I called and received quotes from 6 different places, Majestic had the lowest price of them all. I paid $109 for everything when other places where quoting over $200 (one over $300). They even took the parking permit and city sticker off my old windshield and put it on my new one. Price = Exceptional Speed = Exceptional On site service = Very Good Phone service = Fair
