Went to this place to get a hitch put on my car. Terrible service! Told the sales person we were putting the hitch on to pull a boat. Failed to notify us of all the parts we needed. Waited 20+ min for someone to help us at service. When I asked a manager to help she said she would be over, but she continued to talk to a co-worker and never did come over. Service was to be completed by noon today. Just received ... view morea call at 430 telling us they cannot put the hitch on! Wow. Taking my business elsewhere. Suggest you do the same.
