they don`t honor what they advertise! !

The website said $6, 000 off no gimmicks everyone qualifies!!.apparently there are gimmicks bc we didn`t qualify. the sales manager said advertising writes it not him. don`t make a special trip!! I will never go there again, and certainly never tell anyone I know to go there!!

WEBER CHEVY SERVICE DEPT

Let me say that the first red flag was that I made an appointment to have my car serviced over the internet a week in advanced...There was no confirmation email so a day before my appointment I call them to confirm the appointment....The service rep tells me to bring my car in at 7am.
I took car in at the time noted. Wanting to get an oil change and diagnose any other problems..$133.00. So my friend picks me up a... view moret 7.15am. I call them because I had not heard from them @ 3.45pm. They had the nerves to tell me no one has looked at your car. WTF...and could I leave it over night.. I must admit they were busy but I was there on time... How many cars had they put before mines??? Why didnt they call an say... Ms. T we are really busy we may not get to your car today? How come they didnt say oh we will offer you a discount for your time and trouble? I am a busy single mother of 2, I work, I go to school, and I have to be available for my children. I am so upset...Never going back there and if I wanted to buy a new car I would not go there either.
PISSED....

Best Car Buying Experience

I purchased a 2007 Tahoe in 2007, my salesperson, David was attentive and very informative. He worked hard to earn my business. After the sale I have continued to use Webers Service Dept. and can only rave about the exceptional quality of work and followup by my salesperson after service to make sure all my needs were addressed. I wouldn`t take my truck anywhere else.

Dismal Sales Sevice

Having just had a new baby I needed to buy a more family-friendly car. ( I was currently driving a convertible) I was interested in an Equinox with leather and a sunroof and wanted to test drive a 4 cylinder versus a 6 cylinder. The salesman told me that since it was a `family` decision the company wants to only let me test drive when my husband was present! I laughed and told him this would not work for me, he compl... view moreied half-heartedly and let me test-drive. The ONLY reason I didn`t tell him that his behavior was highly offensive and sexist and walk out was because I was paying a babysitter to be home with newborn just so I could car shop. I would NEVER do business with this firm. I strongly feel if my husband had walked in and said the same thing this salesman would NEVER have required his wife to be present. I didn`t have the heart to tell this guy that when I bought my last car, I walked into Plaza Motors, made a deal and wrote a personal check--all within an hour and all by MYSELF!!! ----In addition, when I relayed this story to my mom she said her best friend had the exact same experience at Weber Chevrolet last year and did walk out.
