Worst Customer Service---Rip Off!!!
So, its no wonder Chrysler just reported its biggest loss in sales when they have dealerships like this one still up and running. These are the rudest, most ignorant people I have ever met. I found a used vehicle I liked online and emailed them about it. I got an answer right away, which was great and the internet person I spoke with was very nice. He suggested when I come in to ask for his used car manager. Well... view more, when I did I got passed on to another, and another, and finally a third salesman before anyone would talk to me. That should have been my first warning sign! They guy I finally dealt with had NO IDEA what he was doing or saying...and I was buying a used Jeep from a Jeep dealership. Not like buying a toyota from chevy or something. Anywho, they seen my trade, which is a great car by the way...its a 2004 and I was not expecting a gold mine for it, but they only offered me less than half of what it is really worth and selling for out there. So, they decided they wanted to give me the LOWEST NADA value possible (for a poor trade in, which is NOT what I have). Then they were talking down to us like we were complete idiots. They had even already taken my license plates off my car before we talked about anything. While my husband and I test drove the Jeep we left our car there for appraisal. Well, when we came back in, my licence plates were in their hands...I`m like, why do you have those? He goes, because you are going to buy one of our cars. Plus, they had asked me if I looked up value for my trade in. I, being a woman, told him I had no idea, which was a lie. I worked in the car business for years and did a lot of research before going up there. His comment was "So, we could tell you anything, huh?" Well...that is exactly what the JERKS did...told me anything, thinking b/c I was a woman I had no idea how things worked...its BS!!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere! They are A**H*les!!!!!!!!
