I see I am not alone with my observations of poor management here now. Put me in the Ex- customer category now. It appears the manager that was here a fews years back is no longer here as I did not recognize the tall guy or the bald guy that were berated people in the open. New guys are definitely not professional as the old manager was. If you like 40 dollar 1 hour oil change service, this is also the place to go.

The manager of this place is white trash. I wish I had the power to fire him. I was at the store the other day and the way he was treating his stuff was disgusting. This peace of the brown stuff ( this is not letting me write bad language) should be fired. DONT GO THEREEEEEE

Turn for the worse...

Wow, used to be a great place to go to get a fair deal. Purchased multiple vehicels from here but the jokers running this place now are ruining it. The manager before used to actually know things about the cars and treated you fairly. Now they are sterotypical run you through the ringer, tell you what they think you want to hear, don`t know anything about the cars. To top it all off, stopped at another dealer, South... view more Oak Ford, where I have never been and beat their deal by $2,000 on a new F150. So I went back to Baker and told them what I had gotten and this Tony guy says they will match it. Well, needless to say I went back to the place I had never bought from before that wasn`t trying to kill me like the new guys at Baker and bought at South Oak. No more loyalty to old customers here now. Make sure you shop around! The service department has the high prices in the area too, but that has been that way for years andthey don`t even clean your car or anything.

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPT AT ROD BAKER FORD! We just paid $1600.00 for new ball joints and a cam sensor and when we brought the car home we realized that they cracked our radiator & our brake lights don`t work anymore. The company will not take responsibility for it even though it was fine before we brought it in. When we complained they said the ""best"" they could do was sell us a USED radiator for over $300!!!!!... view more!!

Ford Dealer With Family Values

I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Baker Ford over the years. I have had all my service performed at this dealership, even tho there is a Naperville Ford Dealer much closer to my home. They are the best...always forthright and honest...both sales and service. (Not sure what reviewer BobLL`s problem might be....his rant is a bit disjointed and hard to follow.,,,but I would imagine that there is A LOT more to that ... view morestory!! Bob...I`m gonna have to give you 1/2 star for writing clarity and grammatical accuracy....sorry about that....) Anyway.....

Stop by Baker and just talk with their sales or service staff. You`ll see what I am talking about. It is a family business with a friendly, honest atmosphere. If I could just remember all the vehicles that I have purchased there.....let`s see...two Rangers, one Explorer, two Fusions, one Mustang, three Crown Vics, one 500, one Grand Marquis, two Windstars, one Aerostar, my Son`s Toyota, four Escapes....my Mother`s Focus.....have I hit 20 yet?? Great People

Home of the No Hassle Deal is their motto and they stick to it. Was very patient with my needs and constant questions. The Flex I wanted wasn`t in state and Jeff helped me locate one and made all the arrangements to retrieve it. Made be the best possible deal and had all the paperwork ready so it was just minutes to sign. Give them a call.
