Best place to repair your car

One of those places you just keep taking your vehicles to and don`t question the work or the price. As for maintenance, excellent quality work and the labor / parts costs are competitive.

This is the *BEST* mechanics shop that I have ever been to. People there are very honest and friendly. I brought my car to a local Dealer and they said i needed a new exhaust and muffler (and the list went on). the total quot... view moree was $700+ and they said they had already given me a 15% discount and free labor.

So my friend recommended me to go to Community Car Care and I gave it a try. After they looked at the car, Mike (manager at the store) told me my muffler is completely fine! and the price of the exhaust was way overpriced. Bill (the owner) was there too and he`s very nice. They told me what needed to be fixed and the quote was around $210!! and guess what, when the car was done, they told me they found a $20 coupon for me! so the final bill is less than $200! what can I say... this is the 1st time i walked out a car repair shop with a smile on my face.

While i was waiting there, other customers were also raving about the services there! If you want reliable, honest and great car repair service, this is where you should go!

Very Poor Service Underhanded

I get a coupon mailed to me from this place. I call and make an Appt. to go get the 19.99 Oil Change, Tire Rotation and 40pt. Inspection done. I go there they pull my car in and start. Its a beautiful day in Countryside. High 70 Sunny. I wanted to wait in their parking lot. Enjoy the beautiful weather. Some young guy who actually looks like he was up all night drinking or something comes over to me and asks me to wa... view moreit inside. I advised him im aware of the liability issue. That was why I was staying in the parking lot. Just outside the bay door.

He walked away. Im on my phone now and he comes back over and asks me again. I advised him im not even looking at them. Thinking this is his issue and I prefer to wait outside on this beautiful day. I could just see this guys blood pressure raise. He looked at me rather psycho. I told him there is no reason for his behavior. If there is a problem put my car down and I will leave. He then tells me. Its a professional courtesy to wait inside and walks away. Excuse me.. but is the customer not always right.. Does a business not want to give their customers a good experience?

A flag went off. I thought what did he not want me to see? Here is the strange thing. I have brought another friends vehicle to this place once before for the same special .We waitied in the same place. They ended up handing her a list of repairs that the car needed that totaled 2000.00. I thought to myself then, what a sham.

Send a coupon get you in and tell you that you need all these repairs They even tried to schedule the work while she was there. When she did not comply they were rather short with her. Like someone would do that without a second opinion. Her car was a 2006. Her brother took very good care of it.

I should have listened to my gut & not go back. Anyway when he walked away he went to talk to someone else inside. He then comes out and tells the mechanic to ""Put the mother fuqker down and get it outta here"" I could not believe what I was hearing. I have never been treated this poorly at a business before. I do feel this man had some mental instability going on. I was happy to leave. At this point I did not trust they were reputable business people. I certainly would not leave my car unattended in their care. Do yourself a favor. READ the reviews. I should have read the review from the guy above. They scammed alot of $ out of him. Im also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Do not bring your vehicle here. EVER.

DONT GO THERE

My car broke down on 294 north and when I called triple A the closest shop was Community Car Care so I saw no problem leaving it there overnight. I called the next morning and then after a diagnostics they said I had blown the fuel pump(exact words were it burnt out) and there was an issue with the spark plugs...total cost? 1223 dollars and some change. I decided to have the car towed to a local place in worth ca... view morelled brake-tec that my parents have used for years. For some reason I had to wait two hours as they had to put my car back together(why for a diagnostics?) When the car got there they flushed the fluids and put some fresh gas in and it started up...which I didnt realize was such a big deal til I found out that if half of what CCC had said was true...then this car wouldnt run without a very costly part replacement as a car wont start without a fuel pump. Now I have to go back and try to get the 130 bucks I spent on a diagnostics that told me nothing but lies as brake-tec kept it overnight and checked everything just to make sure but the car is running perfectly fine...the problem? gas gauge is off a bit, and for running out of gas I was almost put out nearly 1300 bucks...DOWN WITH COMMUNITY CAR CARE

Great work and reasonable

I`ve taken my car`s and truck in to have work done 6 or 7 times and allways had excellent work and service done and would`nt go any where else. And believe me i`ve been to alot of other place`s that don`t even come close and i recommend them to all my friend`s

Best PLace to have your auto fixed

One of my friends recommended Community Car Care, as she liked how she was treated. I got the timing belt, water pump and all related items on my 2001 Hyundai Accent and they charged the right amount. Their performance was first-rate and the belt was set correctly. I have not had any problems since then. The shop owner was also very friendly. I?d definitely recommend Community Car Care to anyone.

Highly recommend

I have a hard time finding a place that even compares to Community Car Care. I recommend them 100% for everything dealing with cars. Repairs, scheduled maintenance and transmissions. These guys fix the problems that other mechanics can`t. Period. Fast and curtious Service.

Great Experience

I had a great experience! Clean shop, AAA Certified Auto Repair, wonderful service and best of all - - Honest. The company has been in business for 15+ years and the owners have an array of experience. I will highly recommend Community Car Care to everyone I know.

Overcharged!!!

I went there for a new muffler and ended up with a bill for over $2,000. They even told me to borrow money from my brother to pay them. Ultimately, I was overcharged for repairs I didn`t need and it wasn`t worth it. They are nice, but their business isn`t good for your wallet. I moved on and I suggest you move on to a more reputable repair facility.

Higly Over Priced

Reels you in and then will over charge you. Save your money, go anywhere else. Even a car dealer`s shop will fix your car cheaper than this business.
