Shur-Way did an excellent job fixing a dent that I had in my bumper! Great Place

I brought my Saab 9-3 to Shur-way on 24 Nov. with the rear right wheel bent severely out of alignment causing extreme tire ware. They had me rolling straight again the next day. I was able to enjoy the rest of my Thanksgiving visit to St. Louis and make it back home to Houston on time. I appreciate all that was done and especially the more than reasonable charge for the repairs.

Just Like New

My whole experience was awesome. From the time I got the estimate to the time I picked my car up I was treated as if I were the only customer they had. I am very particular about my BMW and I could not believe how well the repairs and paint looked when I got it back. I AM VERY PLEASED I TOOK MY CAR TO SHUR-WAY AUTO BODY. MY 2006 IMPALA IS LIKE MY BABY AND I WAS UPSET WHEN SOMEONE DENTED MY CAR AND DIDN`T LEAVE A NOTE. Avoid if time is an Issue

This Body shop was recommended to me by my mechanic (who is awesome), Marshall`s Auto Service. Maybe it was recommended because it was close by. However, I was really frustrated with them, because they told me that they would be able to look at my car the day that I dropped it off- and they didn`t. Then, I was told that my car would be repaired by a certain day, and it wasn`t. Considering that I did not have transportation, I found this to be a BIG PROBLEM. I have not gotten my car back, so I cannot comment on the value of their work, but in their work ethic I was appalled by their inconsideration and undependability. I wish I would have taken my car elsewhere.
