Do yourself a favor and go by a car from this dealership. After having a horrible experience with DEAN TEAM OF KIRKWOOD we ended up at Ed Napelton in St Peters. This dealership is far from our home, but worth the drive!!! The customer service here was amazing and the preowned sales manager Ed Pyle was awesome. This dealership is a joke. Look at the cookie cutter/generic comments below... It`s evident that Ed Napleton employees have gotten on this site and tried skewing the ratings. I had a negative experience at this dealership and will travel elsewhere to purchase my Honda. My salesman was pushy and had a cloud of arrogance hovering above his head. The maintenance light came on in my car and same day I called I brought my car in and had it back an hour later. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I was their top priority. When it came to price I was relieved that they did not try to sell me anything. It was clear what was required versus recommended and I appreciated that. I went here today to buy a trans am i found online. we sat there for 3 hours waiting on salesmen. then we finally get help and they try screwing me over so bad saying that they cant do anything to help me on the price. are you kidding me. This dealership is a bunch of crooks. first off the car wasn`t in the best condition. it retailed for 9000 and tried selling it to me for 16000 haahhaahhaa are you serious? My Accord has been exceptional...

My Accord has been exceptionally reliable. When I actually have had an issue the service department has been great about working with my schedule, getting me rides while they worked on my car, and explaining everything clearly. Their service has gone far beyond the service I received at my former Mercedes dealership. Yes, I traded in my Mercedes for a Honda and I have never regretted it!
