I just had my car fixed by Performance and could not be any happier! It looks better than the day I bought it. I was involved in a car accident caused by the other driver and found my way to Performance based on a recommendation.

This was the first car accident I`ve ever been in, so it was my first experience with a body shop. Jim, the owner at Performance, treated me like family and went above and beyond.... view more He called every few days to update me on where things were and make sure nothing moved forward until I was comfortable with it. He even invited me to the shop to check out the car with him so I could better understand the damage and what was going to happen with the insurance companies. As a non-car person (and a female at that) I`m always wary that I`m going to get taken advantage of but I really feel like Jim and his staff were looking out for me.

I`ve found an auto-body shop for life. My car came out looking better than the day I bought it and they even did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Thanks for making me feel like family Performance!
