Dont trust any Sat. appointment

We had heard that Dalo does good work so we called them. They told us they could do the windows on a Sat. and that we had to have an appointment for auto window tinting. This appointment was for 9 am on a Sat and we had to wait two weeks to get this appointment. We had to give them a credit card to hold this appointment and we would be charged $25 if we didnt show - we were told the process taked 1.5 to 2 hours... view more. We arrived on our scheduled date promptly at 855 am We are we going to wait there for the two hours when the guy informed us that they would not be getting started on our car until around 1130 am. or so also the 9 am appointment was just the time they wanted everyone to drop their cars off. What? Not wanting to sit 2.5 to 3 hours until they even started work, we just left. I hope they dont try to charge my credit card.

DALO was great

DALO tinted our home windows recently and the tint really did the job. The estimater was very professional and informative and helped me pick the right film. The installers were friendly and did a very good job and then cleaned up after themselves. The tint has a lifetime warranty. I was very pleased with my experience and would recomend them.
