Bought a new car earlier this year from them, went back a couple of weeks ago for a used car. They tried to sell me a 07 with low miles that needed over $2m+ worth of work!!!! Today on the news they got cars repoed, I guess that explains it all. My mechanic was disgusted that they even put the car on the lot, ALWAYS TAKE A USED CAR TO YOUR MECHANIC!!

BAD SERVICE & RUDE MANAGEMENT

DO NOT GO TO THIS GRAND MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR AS SOON AS YOU DRIVE AWAY. YOU WANT BAD SERVICE, VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT (MIKE), YOU WANT HIDDEN CHARGES ON YOUR BILL OF SALE, THEN GO TO THIS GRAND MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP IN BENSENVILLE. I regret going to this dealership and buying my car from this dealership so bad. After all the paperwork was finished, I was so excited waiting f... view moreor my car it was "supposedly being cleaned." They brought it out, and the car was so dirty it didn`t even looked as it had been cleaned. There was dog hair all over the car, and it was very dirty. I talked to the owner and asked him, if you had just purchased this car, would you take it dirty like this. His reaction was you`re right. They took it in again but they brought back the same way. After this I started regreting buying the car from this dealership. I would`ve never thought that this was just the begining of my nightmare with my car and dealership. As soon as I drove away there was a light that turned on, I checked the car and looked at the manual, and it said that it was something with the tires. I thought that it would be that the tires needed air. I was way wrong. I took my car to get an oil change and asked them to do a rotation on the tires (I took it to a place where is trustworthy.) The guy came back and told me that he didn`t do the tire rotation because my car had the wrong size tires and he asked where I got these tires. I told him that I had just purchased my car. The guy told me to take the car back to the dealership and tell them that they had to put the right size tires because it was dangerous to be driving the car with the wrong size tires. I got very mad, and called the dealership. The managers from the dealership were very rude, and told me that I bought the car "as is" and that they couldn`t do anything. I came back home very upset, thinking this dealership is something else. They are supposed to inspect the car before they sell it, but I guess this Grand Mitsubishi dealership all they care is about making money, and not caring if somebody gets killed. The Grand Mitsubishi dealership probably switches the good tires that the cars already come with, and instead puts some old, cheap tires that some customer just got rid of when they purchased their new tires.
