I highly recommend Body By Scotty! I brought my BMW 5-series in for an estimate after an accident and the BBS team was so helpful and attentive. I had just gotten this car and was worried about part of the car getting re-painted but they did a fantastic job and matched the color perfectly- you can`t even tell it was ever damaged. Quality of work (lack of0

Initially, Body by Scotty was very helpful in giving me an estimate and getting the truck started. But, then it was one delay after another. Instead of 2 weeks it turned into 4 weeks before the truck was ready. Now after just 18 months, one of the fender flairs is falling off and it`s taking some of the paint with it. Body by Scotty claims the truck was hit, but, there`s no evidence of that. They just don`t stan... view mored behind their product. We took the truck to another body shop and they pointed out the color mismatch and all the sanding marks. I`m very disappointed in the quality of work done by Body by Scotty and I would never, ever take a vehicle to them for repairs. Not even if it costs me $500 to have someone fix their mistakes.

Excellent Service and Quality of Work

The staff at Body By Scotty was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very attentive to all of our needs following an altercation with a large deer and our GMC Yukon XL. The quality of their work was top notch. Their were very concerned that everything was done correctly and taken care of in a timely fashion. Horrible service

My car got broken into and my insurance told me to take my car to body by scotty so i did, i got my car back 3 weeks later and it was still a wreck! They had tried to glue my steering colum covers together to get them to work, my steering wheel was bent and rubbed the colum covers, the paint didnt match my car from the dents they had pulled, they cracked my fender taking it to their shop and said it was already there... view more, they gave me damaged pieces in my center console, my horn and cruise control didn`t work. After I talked to my insurance again they give them one more chance to fix it, so i said ok thats fine. I get it back after another week and they had gotten me a new steering wheel that still rubbed, the sunroof was not seeting right, they had fixed the fender after we told them not to and they didnt put it back on right so my bumper and headlight are all messed up and my fender sticks out 1/4 of an inch from my car, they didnt tighten any of the bolts on the headlight either. If you have any respect for your car i would recommend taking it to a different body shop no matter what.
