DO NOT GO THERE! I`ve never had such a terrible experience. A friend bought a truck here, which broke down less than a month later with no help to fix it from the dealer. Regardless of multiple warnings not to go here, I did anyways and got a car I didn`t love as I was told the bank could only finance the 06 Ford Fusion the dealer picked out for me, which broke down 3 DAYS LATER. The manager, John, blatantly showed t... view morehat he couldn`t care less, informed me that "I`m the owner now and need to deal with it", and tried to make it sound like I had caused the problem. Even after two mechanics and the auto part store (where john insisted I have the battery checked a fourth time) confirmed we hadn`t caused the issue, he still refused to help. Out of frustration I said I`m getting f****** p*ss**, which gave John reason to hang up on me. My friend called back since I was too frustrated at this point to stay calm and was forced to speak with johns wife, as he refused to talk to us. It was the manager of the auto store who resolved this for me, finally getting it through to john that he needed to pay for the replacement parts. John then came back on the phone and "I`ll replace the part but I don`t want anymore b***s***. It`s your car now, and hung up on again. I WILL never ever send anyone here and will go out of my way to keep people from going here. I`m disgusted with Autos 4 less.
