Went to Troy`s because of a freinds recommendation. They were able to look at my car without and appointment and within 30 minutes had an estimate prepared! The manager Larry presented their findings, and did a great job of explaining my options. He gave me plenty of time to decide what I`d like to do. I would like to thank Troy and his staff for the excellent service they provided me when my car was broken down. I did not have a clue as to what was wrong with it and didn`t really know where to take it. A friend told me about Troy`s Tire and Automotive and said that he had nothing but great service for his vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to Troy`s and they were able to start on it right away! ... view moreIt was only about 15 minutes later that they had found that my starter was faulty and could have me back on the road within an hour! I thought to myself that this was the same old story, and that I was going to be spending the rest of my day waiting for my car to be completed. About 45 minutes later, the manager walked out from the maintenance area and said I was good to go! They performed a full check on my charging and battery system to ensure that there were not outside issues from the starter going bad at no extra charge!
