Dishonest & Explosive Desk Clerk

I had intended to do $400 roughly of quoted work at this location. When dropping it off i explained about the special oil the rear axle needed. Rueden assured it would be correct but in a way that was not trustworthy. I was concerned so called back later to simply ask for proof of the two empty quart bottles used to ease my mind becasue i know he would not have this special oil in bulk containers normally used, at ... view morehis location. He got defensive and said if we do not trust them we should pick are vehicle up and take elsewhere. After I calmed him down and just said i need to be sure he agreed but said he would have to call back with the ""totals"". When i said he already quoted a price he now said that was without the oil which assured me he never intended to use the correct oil. When i said that he got very rude and told me to get mey vehicle immediatly or it would be towed. When i picked up he called me expletive names. I tried to contact the owner via their other Francis store and discussed with the Manager (whom knows Rueden very well) and told me the owner would contact me. I have never been contacted by anyone. Discussing the issue with their corporate people.
