Went there to find Ford Falcon parts for a 1962 Ford Falcon, at first i was delighted to see about 10-20 ford falcons from 1960 up to 1968 or so.. i found good parts on these cars and figured they would be cheap since there stacked as if the owner doesnt care about them... when asked how much? my jaw dropped.. 50 bucks for each bucketlight...without the trim or headlight...(two metal pieces ) and another 40 bucks for... view more a rusted hood latch.. and 45 bucks or so for a little tiny motor that runs your electric windshield wipes on your falcons. mines a mustang engine without it.... so all together it was like 180 bucks or somewhere around there...im like.. bye....lol

Today I went to B & T auto salvage. Worst mistake I have ever made. I called them at noon, asked them for the part I needed, they said they had it and it would cost me $15. I told them I would be there at 5:30 to pick up my order. I drove 2 hours to get there and arrived at 5:30 just like I said I would. I walked into the office and asked for my part. They took me out into an old dark barn that had no lights and ... view moretold me there is the part now take it apart from the crank shaft. I am a girl, 5 ft 1, and weigh 95 pounds and to get the part I needed took an air gun. The staff was standing outside smoking cigs the whole time I fought with this. The manager/boss sat in his truck with the heater on the whole time. When I finally got the bolts and walked into their shop to pay for them, he jumped out of his warm truck and started cussing at me for keeping his employees 15mins late, when they weren`t even helping me. He told me that I should have called ahead of time and they would have gotten the parts I needed, I instructed him that I had because I didn`t want to drive 2hrs and find out they didn`t have what I needed. He then kept cussing at me saying that I owed him the overtime for all three employees, and yelling about his employees staying 15mins late. He then told me to give them a blank check and sign it. I said no! Then he said to give him $35 for his employees staying 15mins late. I said no! When I called they said it was going to be $15, he continued to keep on cussing at me, and I wrote a $21 dollar check to get my bolts and get out of there. I have never met a bigger jerk in my life. Anybody thinking of doing business there take if from me, DON`T.

HATED it

There service is not efficiant. They cost more than what the part is worth and they are absolutly not honest.
