WAY OVERPRICED !!! SHOP AROUND. WORST EXP> I HAVE EVER HAD.

They fixed my cv axle. ONE side for 270.00 . I asked if they could check out the car for any other problems , because I use the car to see my son in slc. They said ""just an oil leak"" . one week later my other axle starts knocking ! I call and get a couple quotes from other shops and they average about 170.00!!!! I called frustrated and rich agrees to fix it for that price. Awesome! NNOOOTT . He replaced my axle too... view morek my money and told me that I didn`t NEED AN AXLE I NEED A TRANSMISSION!!!! If your not a mechanic and you would like someone to treat you with respect and kindness . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I always bring my car to Rich`s Auto Care to get serviced. Everyone here does an excellent job and explain in detail if there`s ever a problem. Prices are reasonable and they work quickly.

I`ve been coming to this shop ...

I`ve been coming to this shop now for almost two years and have yet to be let down. Their prices are always fair and they are conveniently located for me. Repairs have always been done within a reasonable time frame and done correctly.

Reliable service, great custom...

Reliable service, great customer service, answer questions directly no yada yada! I brought my vehicle to their shop after the first shop strongly recommended a $500+ repair. Rich auto suggested $0, and 2000 miles later Rich`s suggestion was correct. Honest.
