Do not go to this auto shop! My husband and I were looking for a truck and we ran into this lovely establishment! They had a 1971 chevy truck that I really wanted. I test drove it and knew right away the truck had issues, but I was ok with that its one of my fav trucks. I told the owner and he swore up and down no no no there is nothing wrong with it, which was a bold face lie! i bought the truck anyway knowing it wa... view mores going to take some work. The ppl at my mechanic were shocked when I brought it in.. amazed at the fact it even turned over. long story short we had to rebuild the whole top part of the engine u name it i had to replace it. well while the engine was out I noticed the dip stick and most of the parts were orange.... dont ask me what they were that why i have a mechanic lol. one of the mechanics said they new the man i bought the truck from and had a talk with him. we went in to make a payment and the man at the dealership said." oh sorry my auncle was just playing dumb.` which says to me his uncle new the engine was blown and was playing it off! heres the kicker! get ready for this one! the man says well it just so happens i have a perfict 350 small block in the shop come look at it. so mu husband and i look.... guess what color that engine was?! orange! they removed the good 350 and put in a blown up pos in it! then this guy tells me yea i will sell it to u for 400 bucks. my jaw droped! not only were this guys trying to lie about the condition of the engine but they were trying to sell me the good one they took out!!! if the owner would have been truthful and said hey the engine i got in there is blown its going to take alot of work, to be truthful i still would have bought the truck. but now that i know they are horrible ppl and will screw u! i will do everything i can to tell everyone not to go to this place! fyi the truck is now up and running like a champ thanks to the wonderful team at mieneke! if i could give this guy - stars i would! never go to these ppl and never bring your car to them to be worked on they are liers!!!!!!
