Bad service!

I also thought the customer services stinks. The sales guys are always bugging you when you walk in. I like to look around a little and do some research on my own. Upon selling my Dr I started heading out to look at some bikes. I was greated by a guy that was way more interested in selling me the new honda after I repeatedly said I was not wanting a new bike. Then followed me out to the used bikes and not once but tw... view moreice said he`d take me for a ride! Really I`ve been riding for three years and just got done riding bikes all the way up to the 1300cc range from other places. He didn`t offer to let my turn the bikes on to get a fill for them. I`ve had my bike there before to get worked on and while at the counter I overheard one of the guys getting in trouble for adding to much oil to a bike. When I got my bike home mine was smoking bad. Won`t use Carls again. They treat women poorly.

awesome customer service

I could not have had a more enjoyable and better experience with my purchase. I bought a brand new Suzuki from Clint Wilson and he helped me find the right bike for me. He was very concerned that I tell him my needs and expectations of my possible purchase before we even started looking. He was right to, its a perfect fit!! I know that he gave me a great deal, didn`t pressure me, answered all my questions and has eve... view moren been EXTREMELY helpful, AFTER my purchase! I just moved here, but i will always do business with Clint and Carl`s and also refer anybody i know to both of them! Thanks you guys!

Carl`s Cycle has come a long way from where it used to be. The entire sales, parts and service teams are great people to work with and have provided me with awesome customer service. I`ve been a long time customer and will continue to be.

Best Service ever!

I hated bying vehicles at dealerships. Carl`s cycyle sales changed all of that , they were more than fair on my trade in andsold me the most awesome motorcycle I have ever owned, a 2000 victory v92sc. Andrew was the salesman and it was a true pleasure to do buisness with him.
