You and the whole team at Auto Center Northwest are GREAT! As former shop
owners, Shirley and I were very pleased to meet you and the gang there. It
is quite evident to us that you all are ""rowing in the right direction"" and
that we have found a shop that we can depend on now that we don`t have one
of our own. Our first impression was very positive as I`m sure it is with
all of your new customer... view mores. I certainly don`t mind driving 100 miles to get
quality automotive repair, especially when I know I`m being treated fairly
by competent and ethical professionals.

We had a great ride home to Saint Regis and I was able to use the 4 wheel
drive extensively when we got back to the campground. It has never worked
better! Special thanks to Colin for his patience and to Jim for his
technical expertise and to everyone for the extra effort. Oh yeah, guess I
better thank the `Big Boss` there too for loaning us his Tahoe for
transportation while we were there, thanks Leonard!
