worst body shop ever
Really regret bringing my Titan in to the body shop here. They fixed the obvious damage but the truck runs worse than ever. The transmission is slipping or something idk what they did. I drove it 800+ miles after I wrecked it and the tranny did not slip once. Many other little things they missed or messed up. Not worth it!!

I was a loyal customer to this dealership for about 5 years. I leased two vehicles over the course of 4 of those years, and bought a Rogue last year. I guess I should have known that we were getting screwed, but I went against my gut feeling because the salesman assured me he "never takes advantage of his customers." Right. The first thing that should`ve alerted me was that the lot was filled with Rogues (&... view morequot;oh, their great cars!"), and then with financing the thing, he pushed this one that had 25K miles because the previous owner was a traveler ("Your getting a great deal!"). I blame my ignorance for trusting a place I thought had my best interests in mind - I mean, I knew some of the staff by name b/c of the service I had done on my previous leased vehicles with them! How awful to think that the guy was just doing a job - to sell cars. I am sorry to say that this was a very expensive learning experience, because now that I realized the Rogue is too small of a car to grow with my family, I cannot trade it in because I owe 23K and its only worth 17! I am so upset that they would abuse my trust just to make a sale, that I would never recommend this facility to another person AGAIN.

GO 2 JAREMKO NISSAN
We just bought a brand new 2012 Pathfinder and it was a wonderful experience at Jaremko Nissan! We spoke directly with Jim in the internet department and then we actually did the deal with the owner Mark Jaremko. We found the vehicle online at Autotrader. We live in the valley so we thought we would buy one here locally. We just needed a bigger vehicle for our growing family and it was the perfect SUV for our fami... view morely of four and our Golden Retriever. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and super nice! After the sale they showed us how everything worked and offered to set up the follow up service visit. We were so impressed that we would recommend them to any of our family and friends!

Terrible experience!
1st Visit: I went to Jaremko Nissan looking to purchase a 2007 Nissan Murano that I saw online for a nice price and low miles. So my wife and I proceeded to test drove it and decided that we liked it and would like to see if they could work with us on getting the price where we needed it to be. So we go inside to the negotiating table and we ask for them to come down on price or up on trade-in value by aroun... view mored $2,000. So the saleman goes and talks to his manager and comes back with, get this, a counteroffer that is $900 MORE then their original offer!! They decided that my trade-in was worth $900 less than what they first quoted, and that they ""can`t budge"" on the Murano`s sales price because they are already losing $200 on that price. So, obviously, we just got up and left since they weren`t willing to work with us at all. 2nd Visit: So about a week later I see on the internet that the Murano`s price dropped $600. I call the salesman to see if we can reopen the negotiation since the price has dropped. I tell him to ask his manager if they can come down $500 more on the Murano price or up $500 on my trade-in. I get to the dealership and test drive the car again just to make sure that I still love the car. Which I do. So we head back inside and he tells me that they won`t be able to come down from the price or give me more for my trade-in. The salesman tells me that the Murano was mispriced on the internet and it will be $2,000 more the next day. Yeah right. So I tell him that I want to speak to his manager in person. The manager comes in and I explain to him that I feel dissatisfied with their unwillingness to work with me on the deal. He doesn`t care. He tells me that I should just go sell my trade-in car somewhere else. I tell him that I would prefer to trade it in with them as a package deal. More convenient that way. All I need is for him to reduce the overall deal by $500 and I will buy the murano instantly. He doesn`t care. He says that he will increase the trade-in value by $100!! So I ask him if he is seriously going to not sell me this car because he doesn`t want to budge another $400. He says yes. So I got up and left the dealership immediately. A customer deserves to be treated with more respect than that. I`ve never heard of a car dealership not willing to come down at all on the sales price. This had to be the worst customer service experience I`ve ever had. Keeping a customer satisfied isn`t worth $400 to them. Wow. So needless to say I will never do business with Jaremko Nissan again, and neither will any of my friends, family, or business associates.
