Great place for auto repairs

The staff are very nice, they called me to update me about my vehicle and gave me estimates as I requested before performing work. My check engine light hasn`t been on since I took my car in.

Caring business

Yah, I bought a 15 year old car and had to take it to Garry`s every 2-3 months for 2 years; repairs costing approx. $3,000 during this timeframe. But the service was great. They always informed me about the price ahead of time, and informed me of all the things that was wrong and needed repair. So here`s to Garry`s! Keep up the great work! BAD BUSINESS!!! $300 estimate = $1080 bill

I had a leaking brake line, the original estimate was between $300-$350. The fuel tank had to be removed to replace the line. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the bill was $610. I was not contacted about the additional repairs needed. Two weeks later my vehicle began leaking fue, I only got 80 miles on a 20 gallon tank of fuel, I took it back to be looked at, they said my fuel pump was leaking and charged me an ad... view moreditional $400 to repair it. The fuel line got kinked when they removed the tank during the first repair, so basically, they broke my fuel pump, didn`t acknowledge it was their mistake and charged me again. I threatened to take them to small claims court and received a refund of $100. So, their poor workmanship and lack of contacting me during repairs ended up costing me an additional $500+.

BEST IN BOISE!!

I highly recommend Garry`s Automotive! I take all my cars there, they are friendly, clean, professional, fair, and honest. I would highly recommend their service for all maintenance and repairs. THE BEST IN BOISE!
